Infrastructure
For meeting transmission towers and substation structures kadevi has a separate plant at Ankkireddypally keesari panchayat at about 35km from central hyderabad. The factory is build in an area of 35,900 sq meters.
Galvanizing Plant :
Two hot dip galvanizing plants units with a capacity of 57,600 tons per annum is made available to meet any requirements.
Hardware Plant:
A separate hardware plant for tower bolts and for other hardware items has also been established. With a annual capacity of 1500 tons per annum this ineffective gives a total control on the quality of hardware used for transmission towers.
Rolling Mill:
Kadevi has also established a steel re-rolling mill to meet the total requirements of required steel for both transmission towers and sub-station structure with an annual capacity of 50,000 tons/annum.
Machinery:
Kadevi at these plants are equipped with the following Machinery like CNC Lathe’s machines, CNC Milling Machines, CNC Power Presses, Mechanical Power Press’s, Hydraulic Shearing Machines, Hydraulic Bending Machines, Radial & Pillar Drilling Machines, Press Brakes, Plasma Cutting Machines, Submerged Arc Welding Machines, Pug Cutting Machines, MIG Welding Machines, Tig Welding Machines, Arc Welding Machines, Pedestal Grinders, Surface Grinders, Hand Grinders and material movement equipments like EOT Cranes, Gantry Cranes, Tripod Chain Pulleys, Motorised Mobile Cranes and Hydraulic Forklift trucks. |
