1) Provide vision to marketing department and to have a clearly defined strategy for each segment. |
| 2) Creating new customer base other than what is existing as on date. |
| 3) Understanding customer requirements,Sales promotion and product advertisement. |
| 4) Ensuring the order book position is full for minimum next 6 months & achieve the projected Qrtly sales targets. |
| 5) Updating the website of TGM Division periodically. |
| 6) Dispaches Planning,Sales Return |
| 7) Timely finalizing the quotations against the enquiries received with the approval of management. |
| 8) Attending to Techno Commercial Negotiations with Customers and prompt followup till order realization. |
| 9) Acceptance and acknowledgment of customer orders. |
| 10) Conducting awareness program to all functional in-charges for new orders received and periodical coordination for timely supply of deliverables. |
| 11) Weekly interaction with our liaison officers for maximizing sales turnover. |
| 12) Interaction with customers at pre and post supply order stages including coordinating customer inspections. |
| 13) Obtain feed back from customers in respect of quality, delivery, services provided. |
| 14) Ensure prompt delivery of products within the customer specified delivery period without incurring liquidated damages. |
| 15) Realization of timely payments from customers & Ensuring zero sundry debts. |
| 16) Entering into AMC contracts after warranty. |
